RETURN POLICY:
- Exchange or Store Credit ONLY within 10 days
- Sorry , NO REFUNDS
- After 10 days all merchandise is FINALSALE.
- Merchandise discounted 50% off or more is Final sale.
- Items must be in original condition. Tags must be intact, unlaundered, etc. If these requirements are not met, we cannot accept the exchange.
- Please include a copy of invoice so we know who to credit.

- All online purchases must be shipped and received back to the above address within 10 days of purchase date for Exchange or Store Credit ONLY! ( No Exceptions)
- Customers can also return merchandise instore.
- If a customer chooses to return an item instore an internet receipt must be present and has 10 days from date of purchase to receive an Exchange or Store Credit.

This number must be written on the outside of the return package. Packages that arrive without a Return Authorization Number will be refused. Shipping for both the return and the exchanged item is at the expense of the purchaser.
SHIPPING & HANDLING
- All Internet orders will be shipped from Queens, NY via FEDEX Ground unless expedited shipping is requested.
- Orders will be processed on the same day it is placed.
- Kouture Kids will not be responsible for any charges from FEDEX for incorrect shipping address given by purchaser.

PRE-ORDERS
- Pre-orders are advance purchases made on merchandise that is scheduled to ship at a future date.
- You may call or e-mail us with your pre-order list and we will take a 50% deposit on the items you wish to pre-order. Balance will be due once your merchandise arrives at our boutique.
Pre-ordered items are purchased especially for you and cannot be cancelled
SPECIAL ORDERS
- SPECIAL ORDER items are ordered specifically for you from the manufacturer and as they are items we did not order for our boutique.
- "SPECIAL ORDER" items are considered a FINAL SALE and therefore are non-returnable. No exceptions.
CANCELLATION POLICY
- Orders are processed directly online with our credit card company as soon as they are placed and may NOT be cancelled for any reason.
